Alba provides Client Companies in the Oil and Gas Industry, with experienced and qualified personnel, to their requirements, for a particular contract, at an agreed contract rate, for the duration of that contract.

Terms and Conditions of Business.
These are very much dependent, on the particular contract, where the contract is, and who for, and for how long.
There are standard terms and conditions for business, which would be included, in each contract, but in our experience, these are always subject to negotiation, for each contract.
We can either charge, a percentage of the annual salary, as a one off charge for the placement of a contractor, or a percentage of the remuneration paid to contractor, for the duration of the contract, again depending on the contractual conditions, negotiated between the parties.
In our opinion, it is best to operate a ,Win-Win-Win, relationship where the client is happy with the personnel supplied and a successful project completed, on time, and within the budget.
The sub-contractor is happy with his remuneration, under good terms and conditions, with the possibility of future contracts.
Alba is happy to have supplied quality personnel, to a successful and profitable project, with a good relationship between all the parties.
