Alba provides contract and permanent employment for subcontractors whether self-employed or Limited Companies to, Client Companies in the Oil and Gas Industry, throughout the World.

Alba mainly provides higher grade personnel, such as, drilling ,subsea project, petrochemical, fire and safety, for onshore and offshore installations, to cover all aspects of the industry

Our main markets, are in the Middle Fast, Caspian Sea Region and the Far Fast, which are all served by our local offices, and agents. Alba at all times, will look after the interest of the subcontractor, in regards to, gaining the maximum rate, for the task to be completed, and ensure the best possible conditions of employment, from the client company.

When sub-contractors register with Alba, and submit their CV to ourselves, all information is completely private and confidential, with no CVs being sent out to potential clients, without the express permission of the sub-contractor.

When a client requires a particular position to be filled, whether it be contract or permanent: we shall identify the most suitable candidates, and then, contact them to see if they are available, and willing to be put forward for the position, under the terms and conditions proposed.

At no time, shall we put forward candidates CV without their permission.

The contractor will not be liable to pay Alba any fee whatsoever, however you can always buy Brian, a glass of beer or two!

All Alba fees will be paid by the Client Company, on the agreed contract rate
