Responsible for co-ordinating all disciplines, (Mechanical, Electrical, Instruments, Process) to achieve construction completion of 3 x British Gas CRG series A plants and Utilities within budget and to schedule. Upon construction completion responsible for co-ordinating commissioning activities, performance contractual guarantees and final plant acceptance by the client.

Project responsibility US$ 40 million.

Upon contractual acceptance I was subcontracted to the client Shanghai Municipal Gas Company to organise and manage change within the maintenance sections. To introduce Total Quality Management techniques specify and organise the implementation of a PC network to introduce work flow systems. To provide technical support for all disciplines with special consideration for the TDC3OOO systems and Instrumentation.
