Extensive workover operations involving packer milling, tubing milling and fishing washing over etc. CaBr workover fluid. Responsible for Well Service activity including extensive use of coiled tubing for; well kill, scale mill out, setting cement plugs, HF acid wash.

Managed vigorous safety policy, conducting regular safety meetings.

DRILLING SUPERVISOR NIGHTS, BRENT D PLATFORM.

Supervise nightshift drilling and workover activity. Train Shell drilling staff on company cwned platform rig. Co-ordinate and oversee Shell platform maintenance mechanics regarding rig maintenance and repair. Operations include Development drilling and re-drills of existing wells, casing cutting, window milling, section milling, side tracking.
