Position Held: Snr. Planning Engineer

Review current status of both Engineering and Procurement for the Project (1.8 Million Barrels, Laminaria FPSO), prepare a revised detailed Level 3 control schedule (Primavera P3) incorporating the physical status and all change orders. This was part of the integrated schedule and network for the EPC contract. Assist the cost engineer in the revised control budget. Revise the drawing and document register used at level 5 to ensure all were identified and entered for the basis of scope. Review and advise on actions required for recovery on procurement schedules from the contractors, to meet delivery at site for the on site required dates. Prepare scenarios to show the impact of Design Change Notices to the completion of the Project. Revise Work Breakdown Structure.

Responsible for all Project Controls and support to the Project Director's for the co-ordination and development of bids for Wafer Fab Projects (23 - 441 Million US$ UMC "B,C & D", TSMC 'Tab 3, 4 & 5", & Vanguard "lB" Taiwan, ICT Fab Malaysia). Prepare the Master Control Schedule for each. Negotiate with all clients the scope, unit prices/lump sums and Milestones. Reporting to the Construction Manager (Fixed Facilities) during the construction and hook-up of the KAKAP KH installation, covering three sites on Batam Island for the construction of the four-pile jacket, wellhead and production facilities, flare tripod jacket with tower and bridge, single buoy mooring/sub-sea system.
